About Us
Enhancing parent well-being so children can thrive
Who We Are & Why It Matters
When caregivers are supported, families—and entire communities—grow stronger. Through self-care and stress management, Family Resiliency Programs help adults build emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, and remain steady so children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
Who We Support
Our Masterful Parenting Train-the-Trainer program is designed for professionals who work closely with families, including:
- Parent Coordinators
- Family Workers
- Social Workers
- Guidance Counselors
- Head Start Staff
- Community Organization Leaders

Because the principles presented are universal, the training is relevant for professionals serving families of any age group, background, or culture
Meet the Team

Dr. Marc Rosenbaum
After more than 50 years of exploring and participating in programs presented by spiritual teachers and leaders in Mindfulness— along with earning a Master’s Degree in Psychology — Dr. Marc Rosenbaum came to a profound realization: the most important factor influencing a child’s social, emotional, and academic well-being is the nature of the home environment. This understanding became the foundation for Family Resiliency Programs and the development of the Masterful Parenting Programs in 1998.
Dr. Rosenbaum Published four books that serve as curriculum guides and course texts: Masterful Parenting — The Book You Wish Your Parents Had Read, Education for Transformation — developed for high school and college students, Masterful Parenting — Creating Meaningful Connection with Your Child
At the heart of our work is a simple belief: by supporting parents and the adults who care for children, we strengthen the emotional well-being of families and help children thrive.
Today, our programs continue to support parents, educators, and family support professionals in creating calmer, more connected, and emotionally healthy relationships with the children they serve.
Sharon Manner
The Special Needs program is strengthened by the contributions of Sharon Manner, whose extensive professional and personal experience brings depth and authenticity to this work. With over 35 years of yoga and meditation practice and more than 25 years teaching children on the Autism Spectrum, she has developed programs and trained facilitators throughout the United States and Canada.
As the mother of a daughter on the Autism Spectrum who requires ongoing support, she also offers a lived understanding of the daily realities families face—along with the resilience, patience, and commitment required to navigate them.
Together, this combination of long-standing experience and real-life insight creates a program that is practical, sustainable, and deeply relevant for the parents, professionals, and communities it serves.
